Asha is a Clinical Psychologist with experience working with young people and adults from all walks of life. Asha provides assistance to individuals presenting with a range of challenges, including:

  • Anxiety and related issues, such as worry, panic attacks, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder and social anxiety
  • Depression and other mood disorders
  • Disordered eating and body image issues
  • Health-related issues, including chronic pain and adjustment to medical diagnoses
  • Interpersonal challenges
  • Life stresses and transitions
  • Loss and grief
  • Low self-esteem
  • Perfectionism
  • Sleep disturbances
  • Trauma

To best support her clients, Asha takes a tailored and evidence-based approach to each individual’s care. She has training and experience in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Skills.

Asha is LGBTQIA+ affirmative in her approach and offers support to those with neurodiversity in their background. Asha brings a warm, respectful and collaborative approach to her clinical work. She is passionate about empowering others to live happy and healthy lives.
