Session fees range from $210 to $270, depending on the clinician you see. You may be eligible for a Medicare rebate if you have a current Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician. We also accept a range of funding options including DVA, private health insurance, St John Ambulance staff and families, and Heart Kids patients and carers. Yes, our team includes psychologists experienced in working with children, adolescents, and families.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, we appreciate as much notice as possible. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. A $50 cancellation fee is charged if we cannot fill your appointment. If you do not attend a scheduled appointment, or cancel within 2 hours of the appointment and we cannot fill the appointment, a full fee will be charged.
