I’m a Clinical Psychologist Registrar and I work with clients across the lifespan from age 7. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where challenges can be approached with curiosity and openness. In my sessions, I balance analytical thinking with empathy, blending thoughtful, serious conversations with humour and light-heartedness.
I have a particular interest in addressing the following concerns:
- Anxiety
- Stress-related concerns & trauma
- OCD and related disorders
- Mood disturbances
- Personality factors (e.g., interpersonal concerns, perfectionism)
- ADHD
Alongside my clinical practice, I’m completing a PhD, which strengthens my commitment to care that is grounded in evidence-based care. I draw on therapies such as:
