Are you concerned about or have you noticed changes in your memory, concentration, or problem-solving skills?
As a Clinical Neuropsychologist, I help adults – including older adults – understand and manage changes in their thinking, reasoning, memory, and attention. Many people come to see me because they’re feeling forgetful, finding it harder to focus, or wondering whether stress, mood, sleep, menopause, sporting injuries, or medical issues may be affecting their thinking. My goal is to provide clear answers and practical strategies so you feel informed, confident, and equipped to use your strengths in daily life – and to seek further support where appropriate.
I offer brief neuropsychological assessments that are designed to be accessible, cost-effective, and targeted. These assessments provide an overview of your cognitive strengths and weaknesses while considering the impact of lifestyle and emotional factors such as sleep quality, stress, or low mood.
Brief Neuropsychological Assessments can help you understand your current functioning, guide treatment or rehabilitation planning, or provide a useful baseline for future comparison (for example, if you play contact sports or are at risk of cognitive change).
In addition to assessments, I provide individual therapeutic sessions to help clients:
- Apply evidence-based strategies to support attention, organisation, and memory
- Develop planning and problem-solving skills
- Manage recovery and adjustment following concussion or mild brain injury
- Build cognitive pacing and tolerance for physical or mental activity
- Improve their sleep health, see Sleep Matters
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and practical, blending evidence-based frameworks with education and strategy training so that clients feel empowered and supported. I provide sessions in both English and Mandarin, tailoring my work to each client’s unique goals and circumstances.
I am a Clinical Neuropsychologist registered with the Psychology Board of Australia with endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology. I completed my postgraduate training at the University of Western Australia and have worked across public and private health settings since 2021.
