Jay Lee

As a Clinical Psychologist (Registrar), I am deeply committed to supporting individuals as they navigate through life’s challenges. Drawing on my experience across both public health and private settings, I offer a warm, personalised approach that centers compassion and evidence-based interventions tailored to your treatment goals. I work with adults (18+) across the lifespan to address concerns such as:

  • Anxiety & related issues such as worry, panic attacks, phobias
  • Obsessive-compulsive & related disorders
  • Depression & mood disorders
  • Low self-esteem
  • Perfectionism
  • Stress, burnout & adjustment issues
  • Chronic pain
  • ADHD and neuropsychological assessments
  • Sleep difficulties, chronic fatigue, and insomnia (see Sleep Matters)

Having received training in various treatment modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), I integrate these approaches into your care in a non-judgemental, collaborative way.

I hold a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Psychology at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Originally from Singapore, I bring cultural sensitivity to my work with culturally and linguistically diverse populations and offer sessions in both English and Mandarin.
