I’m a Clinical Psychologist (Registrar) who works with children (aged 8+), adolescents, and adults.
I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and authentic space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I will work alongside you to develop a deeper understanding of your experiences, identify your strengths, and build practical strategies to help you navigate challenges and create meaningful, lasting change.
My professional experience includes working in the Northern Territory with veterans and their families, within the education system, and community mental health settings. Having recently returned to Perth, I am excited to begin my career in private practice and support children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a broad range of concerns, including:
- Anxiety and related concerns, including excessive worry, panic attacks, and phobias
- Obsessive-compulsive and related disorders
- Depression and mood difficulties
- Low self-esteem and perfectionism
- Stress, burnout, and adjustment difficulties
- Relationship and family challenges
- ADHD and neuropsychological assessments
- Emotional and behavioural challenges in children and adolescents
- Sleep difficulties, chronic fatigue, and insomnia (see Sleep Matters)
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I recognise that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I adapt my approach to suit your needs and pace, creating a therapeutic experience that feels genuine, practical, and meaningful.
