I have over 20 years of experience working across both private and public mental health settings. I completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours, Master of Clinical Psychology, and PhD at the University of Western Australia and bring a balance of clinical expertise and genuine care to my work. In addition to my client-facing role, I am the Team Lead at Jeffery and Ree Clinical Psychologists/Sleep Matters providing supervision, training and service development.
I work with adults seeking help for a wide range of mental health problems, including:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Sleep Health
- Relationship issues
- Grief and loss
- Burnout
- Perinatal mental health
- Adjusting to life’s transitions and changes
I am passionate about helping clients build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies — including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Schema Therapy — to tailor therapy to each person’s needs and goals.
Over the years, I’ve worked across private practice and private and public inpatient mental health hospitals which has given me a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health and the importance of creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard and understood.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, exercising outdoors, volunteering at my kids’ sport and school, and spending time with my family and friends.
