I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals across both public mental health settings and private practice. I completed my Master of Psychology (Clinical) at Curtin University in 2013, following undergraduate studies at the University of Western Australia.
I work with adults and children experiencing a wide range of concerns, including:
- Depression and mood disorders (including bipolar disorder)
- Anxiety (such as generalised anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, phobias)
- Trauma and complex emotional experiences
- Psychotic disorders (e.g., hearing voices, unusual beliefs)
- Adjustment to chronic health conditions (e.g., chronic pain, IBS)
- Sleep and insomnia difficulties
My approach is grounded in thorough, individualised assessment and guided by evidence-based therapies including Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) andAcceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I understand that no two people are the same, and I take the time to tailor treatment to suit your unique needs and goals. I work in a warm, respectful, and collaborative way, creating a safe space where we can explore challenges, build insight, and support meaningful change together.
Whether you’re navigating a difficult period or looking to better understand yourself, I’m here to support you with compassion, care, and clinical expertise.
